Charitable Fund " Slavyansky " was founded in 2002 in Russia.
" Slavyansky " began its activity with local projects in regions, assisting where it was necessary most of all. For one year and a half the Fund managed to structure the activity in directions, and organize the programs of welfare.
The purposes of the Fund:
 | attraction of means for noncommercial projects realization ; |
| participation in programs of local community development ; |
| assistance to commercial structures in managing charitable, sponsor and cultural programs; |
| support of noncommercial organizations; |
For realization of these purposes the Fund organizes its own charitable programs, participates in cooperation with other noncommercial organizations in socially important actions, supports initiatives of separate citizens and organizations addressing for the help, and also offers solutions of social problems.
Main
principle of Fund's work is a purposeful help at the local level- to people of
the certain city or region. Such approach allows to react and solve socially
important problems quickly, to collect monetary and other funds and distribute
them operatively.
Within the framework of its activity the Fund develops cooperation between noncommercial organizations, official bodies and commercial structures; wins over people of different social groups who are ready for sponsorship and rendering assistance to destitute people.
